All about the premier of most anticipated upcoming movie of Margot Robbie “Barbie”

Stars attended the upcoming movie “Barbie’s” premier on Sunday at Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall July 9,2023 in Los Angeles.
Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling stand out in
looks inspired by their characters, Barbie and Ken. According to her stylist, Robbie
was wearing a black sequined embroidered Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress in a
reference to “Solo in the Spotlight” Barbie doll. And the lead actor Ryan
Gosling was wearing a pink Gucci suit.
Nicki Minaj who sang the
sound track “Barbie World” of the movie with the collaboration of Ice Spice was
also attended the premier. She was wearing a stunning grey dress of Alaïa. Dua
Lipa who plays another barbie in the movie and whose track “Dance the Night” is
also in the “Barbie: The Album” also appear in the premier. Her dazzling gown
took over the pink carpet. She was in custom Bottega Veneta.
Issa Rae was in custom
Marc Bouwer. Simu Liu in Versace and David Yurman jewelry. Hari Nef in Celine.
Greta Gerwig in Valentino. Kate McKinnon in custom Kallmeyer. Alana, Danielle,
and Este Haim in Louis Vuitton. Alexandra Shipp in Miu Miu. Gal Gadot in JW Anderson and Aupen Bag.
Everyone was looking stunning.
Margot Robbie spoke about
the fan’s response to "Barbie" at the film's premier. Robbie told
Reuters,
"I knew how excited
we felt about sharing this movie and I had hoped that other people would feel
that excitement too but it's kind of come back at us with so much enthusiasm
and excitement, I'm even shocked, very shocked,"
Actress Issa Rae, who
plays President Barbie, said.
"Over the decades,
Barbie's been ahead of her time but she's also been behind the times and she's
been seen as ditsy, she's been seen as a tool to regress feminism,"
Gosling said who played
Ken doll in the movie
"This movie is like
an amusement park. There's a different ride for everyone so I think everyone
can have their own experience and that's the beauty of it,"
Director Greta Gerwig
said she wanted each Barbie to stand out.
"We wanted … each
one of them to be a superstar, like when you get a perfect Barbie or Ken in a
box and they're in their own perfect superstar show so … we'd always light each
person individually perfectly for every shot because everyone is in their own
spotlight,"
