IU has returned with an emotional new music video starring BTS’s V.

On January 24 at midnight KST, IU released the highly-anticipated music video for her upcoming single “Love wins all.”

Directed by “Concrete Utopia” director Um Tae Hwa, the music video for “Love wins all” tells a heartbreaking story of a couple on the run as they fight to survive in a post-apocalyptic future.

IU’s pre-release single “Love wins all” will drop at 6 p.m. KST. In the meantime, check out her cinematic new music video below!

Fans can't stop their tears as Korean singer IU drops her emotional music video “Love Wins ALL on January 24.

The music video started as the two artists were shown escaping from a destructive cube, leaving them no choice but to hide in an abandoned building. From there, they stumbled into a stall where they saw a video camera, which filters real life into something like a daydream.

Using the device, the two enjoyed their moments together as they escaped from reality, dreaming of a fun and better life as a couple.

But fans got more emotional as the music video turned into a sad ending, resulting in both of the characters disappearing after a thrilling chase from the disaster.
